Ordered a few boxes of tiles from EuroWest for some replacement of our previously installed tiles. We received one box that was actually an opened box and in very bad condition that scratches, holes, damage, tape were everywhere. Contacted sales person Robert Hong but he said "That's all we have"! They do have more boxes but they do not want to fix their problem. We first went to the Eurowest location in Anaheim Ca. for a special sale, and were treated so professionally by the entire staff, and taken in hand by the lead designer and management staff Jan Deter. Jan spent so much time on some sale products, she won me over, and in the next few weeks, I really have to applaud her efforts. She has so many large corporate clients, I am grateful for all the attention she paid. Our travertine tile absolutely beautiful for applications like this one. Plus, its absorbency is less than 0.01%, so great for spaces that have heavy moisture. This pool is part of a designer's space in Italy, so we don't have access to the architect's information. I'm sorry! **Q: Grout** *(in Photo Questions)* What color grout did you use for the floor?
