> Eric was the perfect fit for our home addition project. He was professional, a great communicator, and saved us from making so many costly mistakes. > Awesome job, great to work with.  Eric was the only contractor that came with ideas and options when asked.  He did a computer (CAD) mock up that really help visualize the changes and the impact.  We are kind of particular about quality and having dealt with other contractors in the past that disappointed us, it was definitely nice to see that each job from painting, to pavers, to flagstone, electrical,  and framing all exceeded my expectations and satisfaction.  Eric also made the permitting and administration process seamless, which can be nerve racking.  Overall, we felt that Eric had everything 100% under control and we really did not worry about anything, he took care of it and was on site everyday (6 month project), kept us fully informed.

We were recommended to Eric for a build he did for my in laws 20 years ago so he is certainly an experienced builder.
