We had lengthy, detailed discussions with John before starting and during the process. John visited our neighborhood plot and took the many existing trees into account. He began working on our plan almost immediately, producing an interior layout for us to approve. It was spot on! The exterior was perfect the first time as well! Lynn took over from there, creating all the details. The project continued quickly and I was contacted every step of the way. John continued to be involved, checking on every step of Lynn's designs. Every detail we could think of got on the plan so when it went out for construction bids, the contractors were able to be accurate. The entire design process took only about 2 months! This is our fifth house we are building. We are 100% happy with our experience with Vanguard Studio Inc. and it was definitely our best experience!
