We have an old house, and there were issues found, however MGA handled them professionally and never did we feel like we were being pressured into making fast decisions. Staff were very friendly, cooperative and easy to work with. We were impressed with the attention to detail from tiling to reinstalling the woodwork. Thank you for a very positive experience. **★★★★★ — Gavin & Lisa Cochrane, June 2018** > Every step of the way, we received very professional, accurate information and advice on the work in our Master Bathroom Renovation. We received full support for my ideas in the project. All the work was very professionally done by highly skilled workmen from MGA Renovations. Overall so happy with the final project -- communication was amazing, Morgan and his team were very attentive to our needs and the renovation was excellent. The design concepts for the standard of care, attention to detail and workmanship by this company is of the highest quality! Overall, totally delight with this project and couldn't be happier ! **★★★★★ — Lil & Gil DePratto, Sept. 2016** > Morgan and his team replaced the flooring on our main floor with ceramic tile and engineered hardwood. we were very pleased with their service, the floors look awesome and any questions or concerns were dealt with in a timely manner. We would recommend them to others and will be calling them again for further projects. **★★★★★ — S & S Leeming, Sept. 2016** > MGA Renovations is excellent at getting the job done right. Reasonable, very good at what they do. Jobs are done on time without any disruption. The quality of work is excellent. We have had them for two projects and will be hiring them at a later date for some more. Highly recommended. **★★★★★ — Marie Bekessy, Sept. 2016** > Our house is almost 100 years old and Morgan has now done two MAJOR renovations (entire second floor gutted/remodelled in 2013, replaced main staircase in 2015). His team's professionalism and patience with all the "surprises" of an old house is excellant. The projects have been completed on time and within budget. Any necessary changes are discussed fully and several options are always given. We would not consider letting anyone else work on our house. Morgan and his team are the best!!! **★★★★★ — Mike N, Sept. 2016** > We hired Morgan to install a vinyl sliding door. > From start to finish we were totally happy with the install , price etc... > > I would not hesitated to have MGA work at my house again. > > Mike **★★★★★ — Lynn Weatherbee, Sept. 2016** > Our family is fairly new to the GTA ... we moved here a few years ago from a small town west of Ottawa. We needed repairs and renovations for our deck last year and we were apprehensive of who to call as we did not know of any contractor in the area. One of my coworkers recommended MGA Renovations as he knew Morgan personally. > > Both their work and service were second to none. We highly recommend MGA and will be using them again in the near future (bathroom renovations are next on our list). > > Thank you Morgan! **★ — Bryan Verville, Sept. 2016** > So on the second experience, this company failed miserably. We hired them for a simple kitchen backsplash installation. The quoted price was $600 to $700.00 > and would be no problem. They started the week of Oct 10th and just finished Dec 9th with a bill of $1900.00 plus tax. Half way during the install we were told that we would not hurt their feelings if we wanted to hire someone else because they were too busy for us. The final result was not satisfactory and almost 3 times the price, **★★★★★ — karenfbeckmann7, Sept. 2015** > Morgan Adams (MGA Renovations) is a top notch renovator. He is particular to the details of the job and pays attention to every detail. He is always respectful to the clients needs and listens to the customers wants. > > The renovation went smoothly and on time. > > Renovation was removal of a wall, wiring, plumbing, new floors, new kitchen and bath install. > > I was the kitchen designer for the project. **★★★★★ — pcinthebeach, Feb. 2015** > All of our expectations were surpassed by MGA in the re-building our cottage! > > Before we started this project we had been cautioned by many friends & neighbours who had been through house renovations about the challenges of such an undertaking. The overwhelming report was that we would have to be prepared to cede on one of the following as the project moved along: > 1.Price > 2.Time > 3.Quality > > Well they were wrong! MGA delivered amazingly on all three. We couldn’t be happier with the results. > > We'd urge you to consider Morgan Adams for your renovation / build project Should you wish to take a better look at ours, ask Morgan to be in touch with us and we'll arrange for a visit. We'd be glad to show off Morgan's work - our cottage! **★★★★★ — masch, Feb. 2015** > We were given Morgan's name as one of several contractors we were considering for our major renovation. Immediately upon meeting Morgan, it was obvious he was the right person to help make our house our special home. We had purchased a 20 year old house that needed a lot of work. More than remodeling and updating, there were some fairly major changes that were required (our house was built as somewhat of a B&B with 2 kitchens, furnaces, water heaters, etc). Morgan provided great suggestions as how to update and improve the house to make it perfect for us. His guidance and suggestions were so important and so helpful to us. When ripping into walls, you never know what you will encounter, or if the original plan will even be possible. Morgan was always ready to investigate then go back to the drawing board if what he had planned would not work. > Morgan is hard working with tremendous work ethic - he does the job well and he does the job right the first time. > Living in the 'country' does not always allow for all the materials to be close at hand. Morgan was always willing to make a trip to Toronto to pick up tiles or sinks or whatever was needed for the job - so that there were no delays waiting for delivery schedules. Morgan worked seamlessly with all the others involved in our project. > We always felt at ease having Morgan around. We looked forward to the end of the day to meet up with him to get an update on progress and see our house taking shape. We found Morgan to be honest and fair and appropriately priced. > We love our home and we know that it was Morgan who made it possible. We have friends who have worked with other contracts in the past - often with frustrating/expensive outcomes. We could not be happier with Morgan as the choice to renovate our home. We give him our highest possible recommendation. **★★★★★ — lisaelliott123, Feb. 2015** > I have hired MGA Renovations for many projects in both my previous home and my new home. Morgan has finished my basement, installed pot lights, installed laminate flooring, built a composite deck, tiled bathrooms floors and a backsplash in the kitchen. The work is done with great attention to detail...Morgan is a perfectionist, which is what you want in a contractor. Morgan and his team have always been respectful and he leaves the worksite clean. We plan to use MGA for more projects in our new home. ## Selected projects - [RR57](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/rr57-pj-vj~2152561) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 3 - [Madeline Heights](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/madeline-heights-pj-vj~757247) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 5 - Description: This project was the removal of the old deteriorating pressure treated deck and the design and construction of a new composite deck, with a glass and aluminum railing system that would give our client and unobstructed view of the green space and skyline behind.
