> Highly recommend. Their attention to detail is impressive and their thoughtfulness is heart wrenching. A remarkably nice, talented, smart, creative staff. You’ll be glad you called.

> Interesting business model. There are some things they do very well. We like the finished bathroom, although the price tag was a bit high.

**★★★★★ — Don and Cherie Van Meter, Jan. 2024**

> We recently had one of our bathrooms updated with new flooring, fixtures, sink/stool, and a much-needed walk-in shower. We decided it was in our best interest to go with DreamMaker since nothing had been done to this bathroom in 60 years and wanted a crew that knew what the heck they were doing if they ran into any problems -- which we were expecting, but pleasantly surprised when nothing horrible was found. Paying extra for quality and experience is a no-brainer, and our decision to go with DreamMaker Springfield was the correct one in our opinion. Working with Brooke Peterson from design to decision on what products we wanted was very easy. Our Lead Project Carpenter, Kevin Glasgow, was awesome to work with, was very professional in every way, provided us pics & details of what was going on every day, and easily explained a problem to us when anything was discovered during our project. Every one of the plumbing, electrical, and drywall finishing crews involved with the upgrade were very nice to work with too. Sorry about the omg heavy cast iron bathtub removal Kevin! We would definitely recommend DreamMaker of Springfield. Very happy customers!

> Don and Cherie, what a nice review! Thank you for taking the time to cheer on the DreamMaker Team, and for sharing about your experience every step of the way. We are always thrilled when we can avoid those unwanted surprises in older spaces. Your recommendation to others is worth a ton to us...thanks again!

> This kitchen update was our second major project with DreamMaker. This time, as with the updates to our two bathrooms a few years ago, we are overjoyed with the results. Anyone working in our kitchen update was friendly and professional and willing to work with us if we questioned how something was going to look. Care was taken each day of the project to leave the workspace clean at the end of the day. We feel like they are family now!

**Comment from DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Springfield:**

> The Meyer's are definitely DreamMaker Family! Thanks so much for sharing this review and for continuing to choose DreamMaker! You all have been great clients to work with over the years, like the kind of clients we would love to clone. Enjoy your beautiful home.

> BUYER/CONSUMER BEWARE: DreamMaker became our nightmare. We went in to get a 35K kitchen remodel designed and done. By the time they were done with the "add-ons" and extras that the designer did not budget for, we were left with a bill of 52K and thousands above the final payoff.
> They broken their contract in July when they said they would not start our project until October. The begged for understanding, but said they'd signed so many contracts that they needed 4 crews, not 1, doing installation. So they keep signing contracts, knowing they can't fulfill them on the due date.
> By the time that October rolled around, we had been infected with Covid on 9/22 - 9/24. We were in the middle of moving back into our old house; told them we did not have the money; we were sick; didn't want them in the house; and needed a kitchen.
> Their response was to waive a contract at us; come into our home against our will or threaten us with their contract; and didn't care about our Covid infections, they'd all been vaccinated. (So had we, 4 times...still got it.). The designer insisted that they HAD to start and HAD to take over an entire room in our house to store their items (not in contract). Then it turned out that the designer had not even ordered the quartz counter tops. They didn't have all of the parts; they didn't need to start. Then they weren't cut correctly because the designer gave them the wrong specs.
> That lead to another 3-week delay, with a plywood counter; cooktop; oven; and dishwashing in the bathtub. The 2-week install took 6 weeks. Part of this was because their help would never show up, so you had 1 guy installing cabinets, not 2. More delays.
> We took out a loan and borrowed money to pay for this. But they never could start on time, so the funds were eaten up by other demands that they well knew we were facing. And we told them not to start. So far, they have been paid over 35K on this, and they still want to put a mechanical lien on our home. They also think that we have 3K a week to give them.
> The cabinet installer/owner who broke our kitchen wall and said it was their fault and that they would pay for the expensive, special-order piece for the wall claimed they would take care of it. We would not be charged. We have been; they refuse to take it off the bill; and they refuse to itemize in anyway the thousands of dollars in add-ons.
> One day the electricaian they had here that day, nearly got into a fist fight with the countertop guy. They don't get along. Eric, one of the owners came and calmed them down. I about called the police and had them hauled out of my home. Not real professional behavior.
> Eric also installed the shelf under the sink that collapsed because it was resting on one small peg and THE GAS LINE. Photos attached. Curt, the owner and general manager, refuses to discuss the broken wall; broken cookware; or broken contract.
> In the end, it became the HUGELY overpriced "Marie-Antoinette" kitchen.

> The whole team at DreamMakers were a dream to work with! I shared my Pinterest board with Angie and she was able to bring my ideas together in a way I never would have been able to do by myself. Everything she picked out I absolutely loved! And I didn’t have to make multiple trips to different store looking at product - DreamMakers has everything at their facility. Everybody who worked on the bathroom are top notch - again you wold be hard pressed to find people this good on your own. They stayed on schedule, came when they said they were coming, and were very conscientious about keeping things clean and picked up at the end of the day. I highly recommend DreamMakers!

**Comment from DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Springfield:**

> Wow, thank you Dora for the great review. You and Tim were a joy to work with and I am blown away with the transformation of your master bath! I will be sure to share your kind words with the rest of the team.

> Even though I hadn't heard of DreamMaker, for two weeks every time I was driving and thinking of a new bathroom, I saw the DreamMaker van. Took that as a sign and so I looked up their Facebook page. Went to website and filled out the space about what was the project I wanted. Next day, Angie Moats contacted me and I explained what I was wanting and so we made an appointment. I met with her and gave her my "dream" list for a bathroom along with general measurements and collaged picture of things that I wanted. Angie came by house and took real measurements and then went to work and designed my "dream" bathroom. Saw the design, liked it and signed the papers to start the work. I like how this is a "one-stop" shop company, where all I had to do was give them my wants/needs and everything else was taken care of by them. This was my first remodel job and I was very impressed by their efficiency, cleanliness, design showplace and all other aspects when one deals with a remodel. I felt very comfortable with the whole process even though I'm a novice and have actually already recommended DM to friends and family. Make sure you ask for Angie Moats as she listens to what you want, makes excellent suggestions and is very accommodating. The whole DM team is a dream to work with and you can't go wrong choosing them. My bathroom turned out EXACTLY how I wanted and I'm thrilled to show it off and use it.

**Comment from DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Springfield:**

> Thanks so much for the great review and spreading the love for DreamMaker in your network. Angie will love to hear your words. Thank you for recognizing how hard we work to deliver a great experience for our clients. Enjoy your dream bathroom.

**★★★★★ — Kate Harris, June 2021**

> Dreamaker made ours bathroom remodel seamless and we are Very Happy with the results!
> Angie was so helpful and easy to work with. The Crew were always on time and did great work!

**Comment from DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Springfield:**

> We are so glad you enjoyed the experience of working with our team! Hope you enjoy your remodel for years to come.

**★★★★★ — John and Jo Ellen Bretz, Jan. 2021**

> DreamMakers uses expert craftsmen to do the work. Our designer, Angie was very helpful in leading us through the project. Her ideas were consistent with our vision with attention to detail. Our lead man, Keith, was great at keeping us informed about progress and time frames. His skills are excellent. The young man, Brendan, who laid the tile is an expert craftsman and a real gentleman. The electrician and plumber were also experts. All cleaned the area before leaving each day and were friendly and accommodating. We’re very satisfied with the remodel of our master bathroom and would readily recommend them. Ask for Brendan to do tile work. He’s a master at his trade.

**Comment from DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Springfield:**

> John and Jo Ellen, we are so glad you had a great experience working with us and our team of experts. We will be sure to recognize all those mentioned in your notes. It is really a treat to work with such craftsmen as well as great people on top of that. Enjoy your new bathroom.

**★★★★★ — Thomas and Joyce Leahy, June 2020**

> Angie Moats and all of the individuals involved in this project conducted business in an extremely professional manner. We were pleased with the assistance and knowledge of the Dream Maker staff. In addition the carpenters, electricians, countertop installers and plumber did high quality work. We give Dream Maker our highest recommendation to anyone needing this kind of assistance. It was "top notch". The results of the project exceeded our expectations.

**Comment from DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Springfield:**

> Tom & Joyce - thank you so much for sharing your experience here for others. We truly appreciate you both for allowing us to be a part of your kitchen project. We will pass along your kind words to Angie and the team!

**★★★★★ — Jan, March 2020**

> We used DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen to install a walk in shower, new ceiling and new flooring in our bathroom. Angie was wonderful to work with, very patient and helpful with design decisions. The crew was on time, professional, great communication and install went according to schedule. Very pleased.

**Comment from DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Springfield:**

> Oh how we love those words... "very pleased". Thank you for sharing your review of your experience. We have passed this along to Angie and the rest of the team. We would love to have a hundred more clients like you and Kent!

**★★★★★ — Celeste Wiley, Jan. 2020**

> I went to DreamMaker for guidance in a bathroom remodel. Working with Angie was great. She was patient and helpful in her advice, took extra time when I needed her expertise. The team that came to my house were professional and courteous. They always let me know what was coming next, wether it was electrical, plumbing or painting. Their subcontractors were pleasant and professional. Project manager Eric was on top of everything and responded immediately to my texts or calls. I have a gorgeous new bathroom that I am very pleased with. I recommend to my friends and neighbors and will work with them again if a project comes up.

**Comment from DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Springfield:**

> Celeste, great to hear that you are the proud new owner of a gorgeous new bathroom. I'm not surprised to hear that Angie was great to work with when planning the project. Likewise, it's good to hear that Eric and our remodel team delivered the project in a way you want to tell others about. We appreciate your recommendations.

Can you share where you purchased bar stools
