We couldn't be happier with the experience of working with them and the outcome. Scott is a hard-worker, knows all the ins and outs of construction, never complains with a change, pushes the envelope with meeting timelines, his accounting and estimates are spot on and he only hires the best sub-contractors. Scott approached our home as if it was his own. We managed the project remotely and Scott installed cameras in the home so we could monitor progress. He uses a project management software that makes overall project progress, photos, selections, and communication so easy. All of the work from the big items to small details were completed beautifully. Scott has a project manager, Debra, who is involved with every decision. She is the liaison between all the selections clients make (with or without a decorator) and making sure every detail is noted and no communication is lost, every deadline is met, etc. The process that Scott uses is perfection. His quality to detail is noted. His passion for building or remodeling your home is evident. A: Thanks for the question - the drywall (white surface) has a smooth finish with flat paint applied. If you are asking about the darker fireplace facade, that is actually tile. Best! The color is Savannah Grey (200N) **Q: Using well water in Vegetable Garden** *(in Vegetable Gardening)* I live inland, north Florida (9A). We've had a well at this location for several years, using it primarily to replenish the swimming pool and water non-edible areas of the lawn. Observationally, over time, the well water leaves a rust-colour on cement/brick due to iron and may sometimes have a slight sulfur smell. I've not yet tested it, but plan on doing so for pH and so on. Assuming the pH checks out, is it advisable to use on edibles/vegetable garden areas for irrigation? Will I have to check it each time I plan to water? Thank you! C A: @rgreen48. You should be able to install another water meter just for irrigation. That one wouldn’t charge for removing the water.
