> We would highly recommend Lecy Bros. They finished our 5,700 sq ft house on time and under budget! How many times does someone building a house get to say that about their builder? We had originally started with another contractor, but decided to look around. We interviewed several contractors and really liked the finished products that we saw Lecy Bros. build. We called their references (they give you a complete list of every project that they have done and let you call any of them). The references all said they were happy and would use them again. The design process went smooth. We were on a relatively short time frame and Andy worked us through the process professionally and gave us all the attention that we needed. The project started on time. Mark Lecy was involved in helping us select the best placement and orientation for the house. The on-site manager, Anthony, was always available throughout the process. My wife really enjoyed working with Suzanne, the designer. The subs and tradesmen were top-notch and did careful, thoughtful work. The most important part of the project, the finished product was top quality. We even had a couple of folks that we did not know, stop by the project and ask who our builder was since they had not seen someone use the quality of products in home building nowadays. We did our home on a cost-plus basis and we received copies of all invoices and details. Our home was finished at the end of August, 2017, so we have been in it for about 18 months and are very pleased. We have had the occasional call-back item (as anyone would) and they have been extremely good at coming back and correcting any situation. We would highly recommend them, they do great work at a fair price.

He made everything run SO smoothly and above all respected our house and our privacy as we stayed in the basement during the remodel. All of the “workers” were so professional and friendly. A: It is a 5" character grade walnut, hand scraped and site finished. It was finished with a custom finish with a light to medium stain.
