Vogt Design Studio is a custom residential design firm 
specializing in kitchens and baths. Thoughtful and creative 
guidance is offered from the initial planning phase of the 
floorplans and elevations through the selection and aesthetic 
coordination of finish materials: fittings, fixtures, cabinetry,

**Q: Who is the manufacturer of the green tile?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I’d appreciate contact information for the tile maker, please.

A: It's Motawi - really lovely tile.

**Q: can you share the type of wood the cabinets are made from** *(in Photo Questions)*

Kitchen remodel

A: The kitchen pictured has custom cabinets made of African Mahogany.  The stone is a variety of Rain Forrest.

**Q: What are the countertops, backsplash and island material?** *(in Photo Questions)*

This kitchen is gorgeous. Please tell me material used for the counters and backsplash. Also are the cabinets glazed?

A: The cabinets are glazed, or antiqued.    
The counter top on the island and the range back splash is a quartzite. Different yards call out varieties differently, at the time we sourced this it was called Nacarado.
