I have gotten such great advice on here and I have nothing to lose so here it is. This is our bedroom. We have lived in this house for 2.5 years and it is the door that quickly gets pulled shut if we have company over. The room is pretty big (23'x16' with a 11'x6.5' sitting area). I cannot seem to come up with an idea of how to decorate it. I am having trouble visualizing anything, hence the horrible pleather headboard & ripped paper shades. I think the size of it and the fact that I have nothing that I am really attached to in the room is making this extremely difficult. I do need to keep the dressers, maybe the linen duvet & NEED my king sized bed. Other than that, it is a blank slate. In addition, I want it to flow with the (also unpainted & undecorated) bathroom and the tile in there has a golden tone to it, which I'm not thrilled with but I'm keeping. so, I am wondering if anyone here can use a program to put up some curtains or make this room look presentable so that I can actually visualize some decorations in here. I started a board for it, but it's really not very exciting. I'll put it here anyway so you can see what I had in mind originally. The client had brought in a fabric swatch that we matched. It's great to pull inspiration from any medium that you love and apply it to any area of your project. This was a custom mixed color from Blue Eagle stucco products.
