I love the simplicity of the look and modern design. There is just enough storage for essentials but not so much for junk. A: I would recommend the lighter as well. We are currently doing a house with very similar colors. Use the decor to add the color and accents you want. Both floors look great, but i like the feel that the lighter colors present. **Q: Weird to have exterior door directly across the hall from bedroom?** *(in Polls)* Hi, Is it weird to have an exterior door (to backyard) directly across the hall from a child's bedroom door? The hall is just under 4 feet wide. -kim A: This is a pure preference choice. My first question would be is the entry door solid/decorative glass or full view. If you can see the interior door through entry than just make sure you like the look of the interior door. If you put a blind or shade of some sort over the full view glass, than it doesn't matter in my opinion. **Q: POLL: Hardwood Floors -- Paint or Stain?** *(in Polls)* Would you consider painting your hardwood floors rather than staining them the next time your floors need work?
