The house, while very charming, was extremely outdated and in need of significant repair and renovation. The entire Gill team worked diligently to transform the outdated cottage into a showplace and an incredibly comfortable home. > > The massive renovation essentially re-imagined the whole house into a more livable, entertaining space. Renovations included removing walls, replacing plumbing and electrical, and reinventing existing spaces for new purposes. These included a completely new gourmet kitchen and breakfast/family area, two completely new bathrooms (including an amazing master spa retreat), the updating of a third bathroom, along with changes to every room in the house - from flooring, lighting and painting.
