> Kitchen/Dinning Room/Bathroom Renovation - ahead of schedule and under budget. Working with Natelli Homes was a breeze. We are first-time homeowners, and after hearing a number of renovation horror stories, we were thrilled to work with Natelli. Tom Hazzard guided us from design through the construction phase. He was able to make our kitchen much more functional by relocating a door, removing bulkheads, and revamping the layout within the existing footprint. He also succeeded in transforming our house from a 1.5 to 2-full-bath home by adding a shower and improving the design of our existing incredibly small powder room. Tom's management was excellent, and he truly helped us manage our vision and budget. The entire Natelli team was on-time, courteous, and professional.  We just wish our budget would allow for a total home renovation by Natelli Homes!

> We worked with Natelli Homes to tear down our existing small house and replace it with a new custom house.  We used plans suggested by Tom Hazzard of Natelli that would fit our fairly small lot, and then we modified the plans to have the features we wanted.  Natelli didn’t rush us, and they were willing to work with us to get a set of plans that we were happy with.  Once the plans were ready, we discussed the work schedule and the construction contract with Bob Johnson of Natelli.  Once the contract was done, there were no surprises in the cost of the work, and the house was completed on the expected schedule.

A: I recall that is Weathered Wood which is a GAF or a Certainteed color

Beautiful!!!  Could you tell me the house color as well as roof shingle and tin color?  GREAT Design!!!  Especially love how you incorporated the addition of garage!

A: Sorry for the delayed response.  This has HardiPlank Khaki Brown siding with Certainteed Mission Brown roof shingles.  I can look up the trim color, but it is something like Amber White from Sherwin Williams.

A: Sorry for the delay in responding.  I may be wrong, but I don't think JeldWen makes stain-grade exterior doors anymore.

A: Sorry for the time to reply.  These are JeldWen windows but we built this a while ago and I'm can't be certain but I think we would have used SiteLine..

A: We did not provide the shades and the Owner has sold the home since we built it.
