> My husband and I have had the opportunity to work with Barbella Home Improvement, Inc. for two jobs.  The first was a complete remodel of two bedrooms and a master bathroom and the second, two years later, was for the entire demolition and reconstruction of the first floor of our home after Super Storm Sandy.  We cannot say enough about Lou and Tommy.  Their price was fair and comparable and written out before the start of each job.  They had to take out all floors and walls.  Every aspect of the first floor was rebuilt – interior/exterior doors, windows, walls, and floors.  Their finish work is almost artistic.  The tile work, crown moldings and taping is impeccable.  They are dependable, trustworthy and considerate.  They clean up every day they are on the job whether you are in your home or if you relocate during the renovation.  At the end of each job, they do a walk through to make sure you are satisfied with every aspect of their work.   We are happy to endorse Barbella Home Improvement, Inc. for any home construction.

> Lou Barbella Home Improvement, Inc. is a great organization. We hired LBHI, Inc. to renovate the entire first floor of our home.  They had an architect draw up plans, which included total kitchen demolition and rebuild, adding doorways, closing up walls, electrical, plumbing, painting,  and flooring - (refinishing existing floors,  as well as laying new ones, seamless with the old). We were pleased with the entire two month long process, from our initial meeting to the last nail being hammered in.  The price was reasonable and comparable.  They are experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, neat, respectful and trustworthy.  My home is over 100 years old and they were determined and able to keep the integrity of the home throughout the entire process.  Lou Barbella is a true professional and a expert craftsman.  His employees are all insightful and proficient. I would highly recommend this company.

> I cannot say enough good things about Lou, Tom and his entire company.  My project was nearly a complete renovation of a co-operative apartment that was a throw-back to when the building was originally constructed (1968).  The remodeling of my bathroom and kitchen was superb.  They offered much guidance, recommendations, etc.  They met with us at suppliers when necessary.  They were always respectful of my choices and opinions in the construction.  They replaced all interior doors, created a pocket door into my bath, installed crown moulding and constructed a beautiful cover of their own creation to the old metal baseboard heating covers that were in horrid disrepair.  My construction started in mid-October and I was able to move into my new renovated apartment by mid-December with minor details being completed within the following few weeks.  They also saved me from a huge and expensive mistake when I showed them samples of the wood flooring I had plans to have them install.  Instead they advised me that the original oak parquet floor in the apartment could be sanded and finished and would look as good as the floor I was planning to install.  My floors came out better than I thought they would and everyone comments on the beauty of them.  Lou, Tom and his entire company is "Number One" in my book, and I have and will continue to recommend them.
