Initial staging consultations usually take about 1-2 hours and result in a detailed and prioritized list of recommendations. This comprehensive list of tasks will outline exactly what is required to effectively prepare a home for sale. As much as possible, we will incorporate existing furnishings and accessories to maximize impact for minimum cost.

With the recommendations in hand, clients can choose to implement some or all of the changes. Or for a quick and hassle-free alternative, we can provide a free estimate to complete all or part of the project.

Envision works very closely with its clients to help them identify their personal design style as well as the overall functional needs of the project. We then guide the client through the design process paying special attention to their budget requirements and timelines. The finished project is a distinctly unique look that truly reflects the client's lifestyle and design goals.

Some may simply want to please the seller and will stage a home based on the sellers taste. I assure you this is not a good idea. Jaime will stage your home to allow the buyer to see themselves and not you in it. When you walk into your home after Jaime does her work, you will be amazed and you will know it is going to sell.

The owner, Jaime, came to my home and listened to what I wanted and what I did and did not like.  Within a day or so, she was back with ideas for the space.  She provided ideas for paint and furniture.  Envision handled everything from getting paint quotes to building custom furniture.  The custom bar table that Envision had made is simply amazing!!  At the end of the project, Jaime followed back up with me to make sure everything was as I wanted it. I cannot say enough great things about the service that Envision provided! We tore out the entire kitchen, took out walls and fireplace, removed all of the old flooring, took out a closet in the laundry room and turned it into a more functional mud room.  We took out the entire ceiling and put in new lighting.  We put in crown molding throughout and replaced all of the baseboards on the first floor.  Jaime managed the contractors we hired to do the work and communicated very well what was happening when etc. . .  I can't say enough good things about my experience with Jaime and how incredible our "dream kitchen" came out.  Jaime is truly talented in design and listening to people's needs and wants.   She helped us stay within our budget too, and she found better prices on lighting and flooring that we picked out and ordered online.
