**Q: White Oak? Red Oak** *(in Photo Questions)*

What type of floors are these? What stain? They’re really nice!

A: This model was done quite a few years ago (2015/2016).  The hardwood floor is Lauzon white oak engineered hardwood from the Urban Loft series, in the Chelsea Cream stain with 6" wide boards.  We are not sure that this is still available.

**Q: is the flooring engineered hardwood and what is the colour called** *(in Photo Questions)*

I am interested in this type of wood flooring.  Is it engineered hardwood and what is the colour.  I like that it is not too light or too dark.  We are thinking about doing a home Reno and am looking for flooring ideas.

A: The hardwood is from Lauzon and is from the Essential Collection - Red Oak in Smoky Grey Matte and the width is 4 1/8.

what is the counter top

A: The countertop is Cambria Quartz  - Delgatie.

A: The kitchen tile is Euro tile and is called Varde 1999 Evoque Grigio 24 x 24 laid square. The hardwood is from Lauzon and called Organik Hard Maple Charm Natural Pearl and is 4 1/4".
