From removing a light fixture, to patch/painting a hole in the ceiling, installing new tile in our mud room, and completing several repairs on my deck including a full stain. Everything was delivered on time, within budget, and was high quality. Stephan is super responsive, knowledgeable, and honest making him a terrific contractor to work with. From the beginning, there was no updates or communication on the progress of the work, which took double the time originally stated. I constantly had to follow up with the contractor, and they would give me erroneous information about the project, what was needed, and when it would be completed. they also did not bring proper dumpsters for clean up. There was friction between the company and the subcontractors and I was made privy to that, causing awkward interactions that the client should not be in the middle of. The contractor then chastised me- I so wanted to have a positive experience, but it was a deeply disappointing one. **Comment from Orival Property Services:** > Hi Annie!
