> Longer review posted on other site.  Decent products in terms of the vendors they use but the process and communication is absolutely ridiculous.  You spend more time trying to schedule them to come out to take care of the work than you should.  Even when workers were scheduled to come out to work, multiple times they didn't even show up and didn't bother to let you know.

> Before hiring Floor to Ceiling, I researched what I wanted, which included paint color, types and color of tiles, and hardware.  I contacted their referrals from previous customer and was happy their jobs ranged from approx. 8 to 1 year ago.  Before the job was started all my questions were patiently answered and was even gave suggestions that I used.  They did not try to add onto their project but instead made every effort to ensure my satisfaction once they were done.  Anytime I had an issue, they addressed it immediately.  I can not be happier with the final product and have bragged to my neighbors.  I have given a number of tours of my new space eliciting lots of accolades with comments they were planning to do their bathroom and liked what we had done.  The crew on the job were careful with my house and the Project Manager (Dave) kept me informed as to when they would be on site and pitched in when needed.  Todd, who did the bulk of the work always had a smile on, as did Dave, making it a pleasure working with this company.

> We replaced outdated ceramic tile with travertine and wood.  It looked beautiful initially but within months it began to crack.  We contacted Rich, the owner of Floor to Ceiling, and he came it.  He said that the cracks were due to foundation issues and not covered by the warranty.  We have since had two foundation evaluations , and there are no issues with the foundation.  We now have cracked tiles in our family room, kitchen, breakfast area, guest bath, and hallway.  We spent over $50,000 with this company.  A very expensive mistake!

> Floor to Ceiling in Winter Garden installed Anderson engineered wood flooring in my home with gaps which look shoddy exposing light colored material below and collect debris.  As it was glued down, their only solution was putty, so it was irreparable.  My concerns about splintered edges were also dismissed.  Recently a 1" sliver from an edge embedded in a grandchild's knee.  In addition to their poor workmanship, their customer service was very disrespectful and patronizing.  I would never recommend them to anyone.

> In September my husband and I purchase a home slightly older than 2 years. While we loved many aspects of the home the bathrooms left us wishing for a bit more. We shopped 5-6 bathroom/kitchen remodeling companies before selecting Floor to Ceiling. From the beginning we realized we had made the right choice.  Rich and Laurie helped us navigate through contracts, planning and choices. Dave, our project manager, was a consummate professional. He orchestrated the coming and going of the sub-contractors, supervised their work and kept in constant communication with us. He was very respectful of our home as well as our time. The work was completed in the time promised and we are thrilled with the results! The frameless shower, new cabinetry and granite counters in the master bath met all of our expectations and has added great value to our home. The guest bath project involved less work, adding granite, new fixtures and lighting. Our re model has gotten rave reviews from everyone who has seen it. Thank you Rich, Laurie and Dave. We recommend you without the slightest reservation and would head right to your door should we need any further work done in our home.

> This review is with regards to a major master bath remodeling that was performed by Floor-to-Ceiling in 2014.

> The design phase process was excellent. We had a working idea of what we wanted and the designer was able to make it a workable reality that more than met our objectives for the remodel.  They offered a broad range of material options so we never felt limited. We were given detailed information about material options and prices that aided in our selections. The designer worked hard to ensure that the fixtures, lighting, and finishes satisfied our desires.

> During the implementation phase, the crew (plumber, electrician, and construct people) was very knowledgeable and skilled. They displayed an “attention to detail” that was outstanding. The shower knee wall did not meet their expectations so they tore it out and rebuilt/retiled it while we were away on vacation. When confronted with issues, they displayed a “we will figure it out” mentality. The quality of the finished product was exceptional. The parts of the ceiling and wallboard that they replaced cannot be detected from their original sections.
