Repair cracks and water damage to dry wall in both rooms. Prime and paint the 3 rooms. Install wired door bell chime & hook up with RING. Johnny the sales person was exemplary in his management of the project. He was there every day to over see the crew to ensure work was done in a professional manner. His attention to detail was beyond reproach. Case in point: he had the painters return 3 TIMES to correct a painted line and touch ups that did not measure up to the high standards. We took the entire kitchen back to stud walls, installed new electrics, new plumbing, lighting and finally the shaker kitchen with a beautiful quartz wrap-around counter. We love our new kitchen. From start to finish Gali just connected with my desire for a simple, European style and was attentive and patient throughout the process. Rubi and Juan performed excellent work and always to the highest standard. Minor 'snags' post-installation were dealt with quickly and efficiently and without hesitation. The total job was originally scheduled to take around 4 weeks to complete but given we had a trusted builder in-situ we extended the job to install hardwood flooring in the formal dining and living rooms, smooth out the 'cottage cheese' walls and install recessed lighting in the family room. In total they were on-site for around 8 weeks but it was totally worth the inconvenience of living in a building site.
