Our suspicions were confirmed as demolition revealed multiple structural compromises from a poorly exicuted 1980s remodel. Cypress quickly revised structural plans and remediated these defects at a marginal cost relative to the overall project. We replaced windows, hardwood flooring, doors, trim, mechanicals, kitchen, all baths, added insulation, plumbing, electric, some slate roofing, gutters, paint and landscaping. Project management was excellent. We feel like we didn't over do it and our vision was achieved if not exceeded.
