> Beware of Three Kings Landscaping. We have been with them since 2018. We have paid for them to mow (even during the winter months when they did not mow) and they are fighting us to get “out of contact” due to a move. We have not signed anything since 2018 but they state that they renew the contract each year even without us resigning. They state we owe for the months even thought we will not be in the house. I just want to give anyone a heads up if they are looking for a landscaping company. They do not honor their loyal customers.

> Not even worth one star! They left patches of areas uncut and they don’t bother to ask what length of grass you want??! And when I mentioned it they wanted more money to cut it shorter??! And blew all the grass at the step of the backyard door!

> This is the worst experience with landscape services I have every had, and very disappointing considering the prices they charge.  The problems started with inaccurate information provided by the salesperson for ongoing lawn maintenance.  This did lead to some mis-aligned expectations, but after several months of trying to get clarity on what I should expect, I learned the customer service was much worse than the lawn service.  “Customer Service” for Three Kings is basically Ashley interrupting you and telling you why you are wrong.  I’m not usually a one-star reviewer, but the final straw was today in once again dealing with their customer service.  Given their lack attention to detail, I cannot imagine trusting them with a larger project.  The field guys do an ok job, but there are many better options out there for much better value.  Bottom line – ok work, terrible customer service, and salespeople telling you what you want to hear, not what they will deliver.  The photo submitted was taken 15 minutes after the crew left our home, and actually remained that way after the subsequent service.

> Sub-par work for an arm and a leg. Any issues, they are reluctant to solve and perfectly happy with taking your money and telling you why you and your opinions of the condition of their work are wrong, when its YOUR lawn. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere or hire a toddler to do your yard work - it will likely be better than the service you receive from this company. You would think with a name like "Three Kings" there would be more Christian values in place. Ha! What a joke! Wasted a year's worth of time and money for a poorly maintained lawn from being locked into a contract we thought would yield better services. DO NOT USE!!

> I contacted Three Kings Grounds Keeping to help out with my swing set landscaping. I needed my mulch under the swing set raked (a 19 x 24 area) so they could pull the weeds and grass under the mulch, and then wanted them to lay down weed mat and rake the mulch back into place. They were scheduled to come out Tuesday morning. Noon rolled around and they still weren't here. I called the company and was told they were running behind and would be at my house shortly. Fine, okay. When the two men arrived, they didn't knock or anything, but I noticed them in my front yard, which I thought was odd since my swing set is in my back yard. I went out and saw them laying weed mat down in my front flower beds - not at all what I asked for. They acted like their mistake was a favor, even though the weed mat was simply laid on top of the existing mulch, and then they dumped more mulch on top, which not only killed my flowers, but also created a ridiculous amount of mulch in a tiny area, and which defeats the purpose of the weed mat. Then, they asked me if they could return the next day, because they thought they were only doing a small area and hadn't brought the right tools. I wasn't sure how the miscommunication occurred, since what flower bed is 19 x 24, but said that was fine since the job wasn't time sensitive and I wanted it done correctly. I also asked them to remove the weed mat in the flower beds when they returned, because it looked awful. Wednesday came and went; I got home around 4:15pm and no one had been at my house. I again called and was told they had a scheduling issue and couldn't make it out until Thursday. Again, that was fine, but some communication about it would have been great. I requested they send a different crew than the original two people who showed up Tuesday. Thursday came around and Luis and his crew showed up bright and early and did a PHENOMENAL job. Luis, specifically, was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained to me how the weed mat worked and how to care for the area in the future. He and his men did amazing work - they even swept my sidewalk after they removed the weed mat from the flower beds, because some mulch scattered onto it. Luis saved this company from me rating them a one star. They need to improve communication and hire 20 more Luis', because the original two men were awful.

> Service doesn't appear to be 3 Kings' strong suit. Hired them for our lawn service provider which turned out to be a disaster as their Mowing crew would continually Mow our back yard right after a fresh rain and made our lawn look like someone took their car through and did a lawn job. . The lawn crew even damaged the lawn around a neighbors tree well. m AVOID

> I am writing this review... I never wanted to but I feel I have to. For the last few years I have paid Three Kings for my lawn maintenance, to be fair they’ve been averagely good. But sadly the recent situation I have had with them far outweigh the good.

> For two years in a row I have paid them to REMOVE vines from my bushes.  Not to cut them, but to remove them. The first year they told me that the vines would no longer be a problem... but the next year they came back and worse than before. This year I paid yet again for their service to REMOVE the vines (reminding them of the quality and failure of the year before).

> After the service I went out and noticed vines were still coming out of the ground. I called them back out. After the second attempt I still saw a few vine roots sticking out. It was during the third call for the problem I was finally told that “the vines can only be removed by digging up my bushes and tilling the soil completely.”

> To my complete dismay, I realized that I had been inadvertly strung along for over 2 years about my vines. I paid a lot of money for something that was never going to happen.

> If you’re looking for a company that is premium quality, I would strongly suggest you look somewhere else for your landscaping needs.

> I am very sorry for the inconvenience. These vines are a rhizomes plant which means they multiple underground and are very invasive. We did provide the service of cutting down the vines twice as requested. But we are unable to completely eliminate this vine from growing. It is something you would need to continuously maintain just like mowing the lawn or pulling weeds from the flower beds. I am sorry we could not provide a solution to your vine issue.
