Material, size, where to purchase? A: Hi JoAnn, They are a 12 x 12 sheet. The tile itself is like 2 x 4 size. **Q: does this countertop work? POLL** *(in Polls)* Below is our kitchen and flooring does this granite work well? A: What a beautiful slab! It pulls all the colours in the cabintery and flooring! Looks great! Lots of texture..love it! **Q: White paint for a bedroom** *(in Polls)* What is a good color of white paint? Ceilings will be a lighter shade than the walls and knee boards made of bead board. Don't want a pink, yellow, green etc look. A: Oxford white, decorators white, chantilly lace, simply white, distant grey, alabaster....all great options for a white room! **Q: Help me choose mirrors!** *(in Polls)* A: If you are looking for a more contemporary look then the geometric mirror would be a great choice. On the other hand, if you want a more traditional style then the round mirror would be a better option for you! **Q: Design advice. Which do you like?** *(in Polls)* I'm just looking for someone else's opinion and design eye. House has a beige/gold theme, but I like the modern look of grey and whites. I am trying to find a way to make this beige/gold look and feel more modern. I decided on a teal and gold/yellow theme. Can you please tell me which combination of carpet and canvas you like? (Note: the pics are collages so you can see them side by side). I will use these as the base for the room and design around them. The right are pictures of the house and wall color (we will be keeping the couch). Thanks! A: The first canvas and the first rug are both a very good choice and go well together. They will be a little more modern to match what feel you are going for. Keep in mind modern colours are very neutral , so these will feel a little warmer then a plain modern space! Other wise, great choices, and they will look fabulous together. **Q: Do I need to change out mantle?** *(in Polls)* Does my mantle not go with the living room? We never changed it when moving in 2 years ago. It is original to the home which is 40 years old. We live in a traditional style limestone texan home. \*Art is being switched out, I am using an art styling service A: A beautiful off white modern mantle would really be a beautiful pop to the space!
