FYI, the home sold in 2 days and one of the reasons the home sold so quick was the buyer loved the patio area which had the outdoor BBQ. We hired Urban Oasis (Nov., 2016) to build a second outdoor BBQ using granite for our second home. Once again a great job. On this job, the granite subcontractor messed up. Urban Oasis got right on it and had the granite replaced. Each kitchen is customized based on the equipment and access drawers/cabinets being installed. Typically, standard counter height is 36".
