I’m leaning towards Cedar Mill but it’s hard finding examples of what it would look like. A: This is cedar mill. It’s a nice color, photos are accurate. You might want to look into something called Newtech wood siding. It’s a composite. It wasn’t around during this project but if we could do it again this is the route we’d take. Looks extremely close to real wood. Three years in we need to restrain the real cedar and we are thinking about just swapping it out instead. https://www.newtechwood.com/siding/ **Q: material for grey bump out** *(in Photo Questions)* What is the material used for the grey bump out? Thank you very much A: It’s a cellular pvc product (we used versatex brand but azek is another option) that comes in 4’ wide sheets that is then trimmed out at the corners, edges. It is painted with a vinyl safe SW black magic color exterior paint to blend with the black windows. **Q: What is the exterior white paint spec?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: The White is just the raw cellular pvc product. It is supposed to be painted and will be, most likely in SW Extra White. **Q: Any interior or rear exterior photo's of this home?** *(in Photo Questions)* Love the modern farmhouse style of a home, something I am looking for in my next home. Curious about the sq footage of this home. I see that is has 3 bedrooms and an office)bedroom.
