> Rob was recommended by my real estate agent. We had an issue with the Deck on the townhouse not being installed correctly in 1994, causing water leakage into the basement and the wood being rotted. Rob came out and gave a very reasonable estimate and completed the repair and replacement of deck being mounted to the townhouse, bringing it up to code. The bathroom makeover took a standard late eighties bathroom and turned it into a beautiful, functional and much better integrated element of the 2nd floor. **Q: Deck framing** *(in Photo Questions)*

Could u comment on sizes of materials used for the deck support framing? Also what was the size of the deck?

A: sure! i used 8x8 P.T. Post, you can use 6x6 , the support beam joist are 2x10 P.T. 4x4 rail post and aluminum ballist . deck boardsvare 5/4 x6 P.T. decking. i constructed the deck for future expansion of house. Hope This Helps!
