This was a high profile public project located on one of York's iconic beaches. The project site was complex and involved rerouting a section of State road to make room for the new facility. YFI was required to coordinate its efforts with Town Departments and other public utilities to insure the road work could be done simultaneously with the bathhouse construction. A: The wall shingles are Maibec's Cape Cod Gray. And the roof shingles are Chateau by Iko, which have since been discontinued. **Q: Wall paint colour** *(in Photo Questions)* What is the colour of the walls please? A: Benjamin Moore's Revere Pewter **Q: what is the diameter of the wood knobs, and source, thankyou** *(in Photo Questions)* A: The diameter of the knobs is 2 5/16". Mike Dow made the knobs. His website is www.archcarving.com. **Q: What brand and color stain did you use on your floors?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: The floor is rift and quarter sawn rustic White Oak and the stain has two applications of a mixture of walnut and golden oak. Depending on how dark you want it will determine how long you let the stain soak in. It then has 3 coats of Traffic on it which is a water base urethane **Q: Could you tell me what the flooring is and where you sourced it?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: The flooring is quarter sawn white oak. It was finished on site. After sanding, we wet the floor to raise the grain and then applied a rubio finish with three coats of traffic. **Q: Where are the bar stools from?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: The bar stools are from Restoration Hardware.
