This review falls into the later category. When we had our house built, we used Village Home Stores for all of our flooring, including a walk-in shower. Later we used them to tile a back splash. They did such a good job, everyone we heard was needing carpeting or tile we said they needed to call Brad Fetters. > > Our experience would have been perfect had it not been for a nagging issue with our floor. One board in the floor keeps moving, please see picture. At first everyone was helpful and they tried unsuccessfully a few times to fix. We have been patient and were disappointed when we would have to call multiple times to get Brad to return a call. > > Since we could not get help from Brad, my wife went up the ladder and spoke with Adam. Initially Adam responded quickly and said he needed a few weeks to look into and he would get back to her. Since then, radio silence. Every time my wife calls, Adam is “busy” and is offered his email. A message is left only to never be returned. What we really appreciated about Village Home Stores was everything we needed for the remodels was available right there in one place and of the highest quality. They have a team of professionals and a process that guided us through the selection of everything we needed to complete the projects. At times all the decisions and details felt overwhelming but everyone we worked with were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and above all patient. At every step we were given an updated estimate of the cost for the project. Once all the details were worked out Gregg Swanson, the project manager gave us a schedule showing us week by week who would be working at our home and what they would be working on.
