> We recently completed a major remodel of our master bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, and guest bedroom with VanderBeken Remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial design phase to the final touches, the quality of work was outstanding.
>
> What truly set VanderBeken apart was their commitment to understanding our vision. We wanted to refresh our home while maintaining its mid-century charm, and they perfectly balanced modern updates with the original character. They were also incredibly adept at finding creative solutions to accommodate the unique challenges that come with remodeling an older home. Their expertise in universal design was also invaluable, ensuring our home will be comfortable and accessible for years to come as we age in place.
>
> The entire team was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the subcontractors they brought in. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Our construction superintendent, Mike Ferraro, was fantastic – incredibly responsive and attentive to every detail. And a huge thank you to owners Ron and Jennifer VanderBeken! They were always available to address any questions or concerns, no matter how small. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly remarkable.
>
> We highly recommend VanderBeken Remodel to anyone looking for a top-notch remodeling experience. They exceeded our expectations in every way!
>
> 5 Stars!

> Working with Vanderbeken remodel was easy and a great experience. They were always in constant contact and were committed to making things right of there was a timing issue or problem. They were reliable and professional.

**★★★★★ — jillmricker, Jan. 2017**

> Vanderbeken Remodel did a complete renovation of our bathroom. The result was beautiful and very professional. The project involved replacing the bathtub with a walk-in shower, all new fixtures and cabinets. Ron recommended a heated floor which we love. He provided important guidance from materials to simple design considerations that ensured a successful outcome.
>
> Most importantly we could trust Ron and his crew with our home. Ron provides a personal touch and we could always count on him to follow through on every matter. We have hired them for additional jobs and look forward to future projects with them as we update our 35 year old home.

**★★★★★ — Gail Ouattara, July 2015**

> Excellent company with a great crew! The best part is that Ron is ethical and did not inflate his pricing on our home project like other companies did.
>
> My husband and I had our roof and several other repairs made and happily working with Vanderbecken Remodeling and Repair they were all done exceptionally well.
>
> Finding a good contractor is like finding a good doctor; therefore, we expect to do business with you for years to come.
>
> Thanks so much to you Ron and James and your crew.

> We have had Ron help us with a number of projects over the past several years. We were first introduced to Ron when we installed new granite in our kitchen area. While he did not install the granite, he did all the prep work including removing a counter. We were so satisfield with his work that we hired he and his crew to rebuild an aging fence and our deck railing. More recently he leveled a hot tub and repaired our deck surface. He has also regrouted our bathroom shower. His workmanship is of the highest quality and I have recommended him, without hesitation, to other satisfied customers.

**★★★★★ — Jeanne Thomas McDonagh, Oct. 2014**

> Ron did a wonderful job on our master bath remodel! He listened to what we wanted and the finished product is awesome. He also did a great job on keeping us updated on any issues that came up, so nothing was a huge surprise. We would recommend him wholeheartedly!

**★★★★★ — Refresh Creative Design, Oct. 2014**

> Ron and his crew were responsible and efficient. Ron was on site and smoothed out the road when the evitable speed bump was encountered. He added creative ideas to the project. I found that, at times, Ron's attention to detail surpassed mine. He pointed out some work that did not meet his standards and he had his subs redo their project. He was on time and forthright; putting everything in writing with clear pricing so that we both could discuss and sign. I did add a couple of items in the end. He handled them well and told me what he could not do.
>
> Ron provided cabinet installation, finish work and plumbing.
>
> I would highly recommend Ron and his office staff. He will not be the least nor the most expensive. He is well worth his pricing.

**★★★★★ — Joni Lindstrand, Oct. 2014**

> I hired vanderBeken Remodel to do a built-in cabinet/bookcase around my fireplace, and wainscoting on an opposite wall. From the proposal to the end, everything was very professional, and they did what they said they would do (and more actually). I trusted them completely to work while I was away, and when I returned, the area they worked in was very clean, and well taken care of. I love my cabinet/bookcase, and it looks as if it has always been there. Exceptional craftsmanship, wonderful people, and creative ideas!

> we hired ron to remodel 4 rooms into one great room. from the beginning recommending a great engineer, to the installation of new support beams, ron was great to work with. he completed his work on time and on budget. his work ethic is excellent. we will work with him again on future projects.

 - Description: Two drab and dated main floor bathrooms were dramatically reimagined. A combined footprint of both spaces, in addition to a small hall closet, provided the canvas for which the new layout was planned. The goal was to design a gorgeous ensuite, flooded with natural light, a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a separate toilet room, alongside a modern hall bathroom with a single vanity, toilet, and a tub/shower combination. The symbiotic result was the very best use of space for each bathroom alon…

## Community Q&A

**Q: what is that beautiful wall color paint called?** *(in Photo Questions)*

the wall color is exactly what I have in mind for my own bathroom but it is hard to pick from sea of colors would you please tell me? thank you

A: "Spring Stream" by Behr is the name of that particular wall color. It is indeed a winner!

**Q: Nicely Done** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thank you so much!

**Q: What is the granite used here?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Love the combination of this granite with the espresso cabinets. Can you share the name of the granite?

A: The granite used here is called Santa Cecilia.

**Q: Center storage cabinet** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is the center storage cabinet on the countertop custom made? where can I find one? Thank you so much!

A: We are so glad you asked about the tower in this particular master bathroom. The cabinets are made by Huntwood out of Spokane, Washington. The tower is a piece that they make but in this case we recessed the cabinet into the wall four inches. That way it didn't take up the entire counter depth yet included all the storage you would want. Let us know if you have any other questions!

**Q: Flooring** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hello, Can you tell me the flooring you used here? Thanks!

A: That is a great question, thanks for asking and giving us the opportunity to offer the following information. The floor seen here is a LVT (luxury vinyl tile) by Mannington. It is their Audura Truloc called Barnbrook Oak. With that said, we would not recommend this particular product. It wasn't down long before issues such as peaking and gapping began to occur (especially where the sunlight from the ceiling skylight shone down on it). Instead we would highly recommend using a higher end product (yes you really do get what you pay for). The product we turned to next was the Moduleo by ivc us. You'll be able to find more product information here at the ivc floors website. Both the Audura and the Moduleo are a LVT, both a lock together system, both look amazing, but only the Moduleo turned out to be a valuable investment.

**Q: What is the name of the glass in the shower?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Great question! This particular glass shower is a 3/8" frameless with a glass called rain glass.
