A: This ceiling material is a painted \#2-grade pine 1x6 tongue and groove with V groove side out. Hope this helps. Thanks for inquiring

I would like to know who manufactured or supplies the front door as it’s shown in this home. Thank you!

A: Hi there. This door is a 3'6/8'0 with a 1'0/8'0 sidelight. It is 2.25" thick and custom-fabricated from mahogany stock. The door does not have any knob or lever lockset. Alternatively, we installed a wifi/keypad high-security deadbolt, a stainless steel 48" bar, and heavy-duty stainless steel self-closing hinges \[4\].

A: garage door is a custom unit that was manufactured locally by Hill Enterprises. paints were Sherwin Williams 'Delray gray' and 'winter snow.'
