Our project was a gut-rehab to a 25+ year old house and we brought Patty into the project near the start. She introduced us to a fabulous kitchen and bath designer who integrated their work with our architect's overall design. Patty also collaborated with our contractor to help create many of the finish details (molding, trim, flooring, lighting, paint, wall covering, etc.). When it came to interior design, Patty and her assistant designer, Kathy Sue, had a way of understanding our taste and desires, always offering us several options. Her fee structure was fair and purchasing furniture and accessories through her produced savings over retail. The trees are so large, jumping out at you. You can just picture yourself walking into this scene. Can't wait to see it at the Elliott Museum.
