> We've used Clarimont Design/Build on several home improvement projects.  Our full kitchen remodel, 2 full bathroom remodels, a glass wall of windows, a new mudroom, floors, exterior siding, and a new deck.  This all over several years.  Rick and his crew are great to work with.  I would gladly recommend Rick to anyone.  The pricing is fair, his after-project support on warranty issues is superb.  Be warned:  Scheduling is tough.  Supplies are long lead time these days and the tradespeople and as busy as can be.  Rick works hard to maintain schedule, but these days that's just about impossible.  You'll get a great result just as fast as it can happen.

> We hired Rick to perform a design for a kitchen remodel. We gave Rick specific direction as to what our budget was and what we were looking for. Rick came back with a design that was more than double our budget. When we tried to work with Rick to modify the design to improve the budget, he was unwilling to make any design iterations even though he had communicated up to 3 iterations were included in his estimate. The plan Rick provided was pretty elementary and a very early stage schematic and contained many unknowns and quite frankly errors. Rick then sent us an email saying our project wasn't really worth the time for him and his contractors. We asked for a refund to work with a new designer and he declined. I would definitely not recommend using this company.

> Rick and his team executed what our interior designer envisioned. He uses a project calendar and strives to adhere to the schedule. The tradesmen he selected are good at their jobs, particularly his "floor guy," who laid our perfect wood flooring. Clairmont Design is in touch at a personal level. They are a text or a you phone call away if you have any questions or concerns about the project.  I would recommend them to a friend.
