i own my own land looking for a builder to build my plans im pre approved by va  how do your company  build using your funds

A: Hi Oscar, When we us our funds or loan to build a home for someone on land they own we would have to charge more to cover our closing costs and interest during construction and we would have to have you deed your land to our company. Then when house is complete you would purchase it all back. Banks wont loan us money to improve land that we don't own. Hope that answers your question thanks Mark.
