> Jason Drum and his team from K&M installed over 1000 Sq Ft of engineered hickory flooring for us in Aug. 2016. Jason was very helpful in assisting us pick the right floor type and color, including sending us samples of the actual wood boards to try in our home.  The project included pulling up existing hardwood, cleaning the concrete surface and gluing down the new wood.   K&M's installers were courteous, on time, and respectful of our home and furnishing during this sometimes "messy" project.  Their experience and professionalism showed in their precise cutting of both the hardwood and the new toe molding which they installed.  The finished floors look beautiful and we would recommend K&M Floors to anyone desiring a positive experience with a floor contractor.

> K & M replaced our carpet, refinished our wood floors, and replaced the wooden spindles on our stairs with iron spindles. They were very polite & patient with me, as it took me a long time and several visits to the showroom to decide on colors, etc. They were also great about making several large samples (of various wood stains/finishes) for me to try out at my house.  They also let me take carpet samples and iron samples to my house to try out.  All of the work was done on time, professionally, and looks great! There were a few minor issues, but K & M corrected those immediately. The prices seemed good, compared to other quotes and other neighbors getting similar work done with other companies.  The financing company K & M uses was easy to work with & there were so surprises when we paid our bill off in full within the 6 months no interest period. The only suggestion I have is to make sure you order "shoes" with a set screw (for tightening) if you have iron spindles installed. We didn't know to do that, so our "shoes" are only held up by glue & several of them are constantly moving/falling. That's the only thing I would change if I could do it over again. I would definitely recommend K & M and I will definitely use them again in the future.

K&M recommended a different color tile for the two bathrooms, and it all turned out gorgeous. They installed Berber on the stairs, the upstairs landing, and all of the upstairs bedrooms. They tiled the laundry room and upstairs bathroom. I would use them again and again! Quality workmanship at a very reasonable price.

Hi there I assume That vanity was custom made? Can you share details about the wood used? Was it from a specific door manufacturer?

A: Hello - thank you for your inquiry - we do not have any information regarding the vanity as we were only responsible for the tile work.

What kind of Carrera is this? Is is Asian or Italian? I was wondering because I like the brown in it with the gray which I see that more in Asian Carrera.

A: We are unsure what kind of Carrera this is.  There was a designer that chose all of the materials.  We just provided the labor.

What paint color was used on the walls?

A: I am sorry we are unable to provide this information to you.  This part of the job was out sourced to a painter who does not work for our company.
