Philosophy

The Bespoke Interior creates timeless interiors for the modern lifestyle.  Designs are rooted in a classic aesthetic whether it be modern, contemporary or a hybrid of styles to fit each client’s needs.  The end result is sophisticated and refined.

Founder and principal designer Stephanie’s aesthetic is expressed through careful attention to the technical details; a fascination with worldly cultures and art; and through her love of travel.

Experience

Prior to founding The Bespoke Interior, Stephanie garnered experience with a national design firm, as well as was a partner and a principal designer at an award-wining boutique design firm.  Stephanie has focused extensively on the construction side of residential projects throughout her career, but her skill set encompasses all aspects of design from concept to implementation down to accessorizing.  

Stephanie holds a BA in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and earned her second degree in Interior Design at the accredited Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach.

She did a top notch job transforming a modern house we purchased into a home we can call our own.  Not only did she transform the interior, she also provided guidance on exterior materials and all of our interior and exterior furnishings.  Our project had several twists and turns as we moved along, needless to say, the original scope ended up changing drastically.  She did a solid job navigating the changes and was a gem when having to deal with our general contractor and his team that were not always on point. A: Thanks for your question. This is a vintage mid century modern desk that was part of the client’s personal collection.

Could you please tell me the accent wall and adjacent wall colors in the bathroom? Thank you!

A: Thank you for reaching out! So sorry for the delay.  The back wall is a textured porcelain tile in a dark grey tone. The adjacent wall to the left is painted in Benjamin Moore Classic Gray.

Hello! Love your kitchen design. What counter top did you use for this look? Thanks!

A: Thank you! This was a polished Calacatta marble slab. One unique characteristic about these slabs was the direction of the veining. The slabs were actually smaller than typically when cut from the quarry, but for our purposes they were perfect. I loved that the grain had more visual interest by running opposite what is typical.

Do you have the vendor and size by chance? :)

A: Thanks for your interest.  The mirror was custom made by the glass and shower enclosure company.  It's a flat mirror with a 1" bevel.  It is approximately 36"w x 28" h.

A: Thank you for your interest. The space is roughly 10’ wide and 8’ deep.
