It was a 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 3 car garage home. Then in 2012 we had Glen custom finish our basement by adding a 5th bedroom, 5th bathroom, great room, and wet bar. > In 2014 we had Glen put the finishing touches on our home by building a Lanaii off our kitchen going out to our back yard. Throughout all of the building projects Glen was always on schedule and on budget. No delays and no surprise costs. He met with us and provided a competitive bid along with ideas for our basement finish project based on what he had done for other homes with our floor plans. We created a plan that was based on the combination of several other plans. We added a game and theater area, additional bathroom and mini kitchen. > > During the project Glen stayed in frequent contact with us discussing what was being completed and what was coming up in the project. The individuals that worked on the project were available to answer questions and demonstrated excellent skills in completing the project. > > The project was completed on schedule and within the budget we had established.
