> I would never recommend a home from this builder, terrbile craftmanship, none responsive to water issues, arrogant and not accountable for craftmanship issues.  Not a real developer, just an investor, doens't even have a GC liscense.
>
> Roof was pourly constructed, did not last 5 years, will not standbye their work.  Going on 2 years with a lawsuite over pour caftmanship and an unwillingness to address ongoing water issues.  All subcontractors used on projects are do not warranty work.
>
> Do not purchase from a home from Virtuoso without contacting me directly.  (Sensitive Information Hidden)
