Our bathroom project was an ongoing nightmare. Key details were missed from the decisions we had finalized, Brent ordered 2-3 times the amount of tile that we needed in order to make an additional profit, and returns were a real struggle. Plus, we unfortunately found out afterwards that Home Depot carries many of Brent's stock recommendations at half the price which led to further irritation. To top it off Brent Antman's customer service was terrible. Very condescending and never taking ownership of his mistakes. Always looking to blame others and it got old real fast. Beware. Very unprofessional and bad experience.
