From the first time we met him on the job site he was completely hands-on and fully involved in the building of our home. He was always available to answer any questions and to guide us through the remainder of the building process. As we were moving from out-of-state with young children, it was imperative that we be able to move-in as scheduled. Gary made sure this happened even with less than ideal weather conditions leading up to our closing date. He remained dedicated to ensuring that we were happy with the finished product well after we moved in and was always willing to promptly address any issues (which were few) as they arose. It has been 4 years since we moved into our home and the quality of the craftsmanship continues to shine through. The construction of this house is SO good we didn’t hear anything and we did not put anything on the windows. Our subdivision is unique because almost every house was built by a different builder. I didn’t get to see the house built but all my neighbors did, and this community follows everything close. So when I told them we didn’t know the storm passed they were not surprised they said we probably have the best built house in the subdivision.
