Their design and construction recommendations were helpful and sound, respectively. The deck that was competely replaced is beautiful. Our front porch, which was literally falling down, is now stable and safe, and looks great. They also replaced the flooring on a screened in breezeway and made the incredibly useful sugestion of putting screening under the flooring, so that bugs could not come up through the floor - brilliant! Colectively it was a major project, and their crew was here all day, every day until it was finished, and they completed it in the time frame we requested. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, professional and extremely competent. Easy to talk to and very well-spoken, Brad helped us envision all the possibilities for a large, spacious room, panoramic view and one accommodated with AC/heat, internet hook up, and lighted ceiling fan. With a large vaulted ceiling, the all around windows provide year round pleasure on our wooded view. Our initial plan was constructing an accessible room for one of our fathers' and it included an attached outside patio porch with railing: he could also sit out there and enjoy nature. Brad reconfigured our dream room to pass inspections and qualifications, and his work crew were always polite and very conscientious to remove any remnants. We have enjoyed this room for all these years and only once had some water issues. OVER two years later, Brad and crew returned, remedied this and it has been well worth the money of our initial investment!!
