Kim returned my call promptly and was able to meet with me within the week. Kim arrived on time and sensing my apprehension of so many needed changes, quickly put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my rambling want list and asked questions when she needed more clarity. Based on our conversation, Kim provided me with a color scheme that reflected my personality and true use of my home, card samples of the paint colors along with the corresponding paint numbers. Kim also met me at the flooring showroom to help me choose new flooring for the majority of my home and assisted me in choosing new countertops for my kitchen.
