What is color and tile

A: Hello,

The tiles are Palisandro Marble, Bianco Dolomite Marble, and Wood look Ceramic. The colors are white, brown. and white/brown mixture marble.

**Q: Dining Room Before & After: from Transitional+dark to Modern+bright** *(in Before & After)*

We planned to repaint the repurposed buffet Turquoise for added POP, but didn't get to it yet! Will post if we do it.
I love these personalized hand carved walking sticks created by the client's father:

We used the existing Maple floors, but removed all moldings, baseboards and trim work to create the modern style.

**Q: The Perfect Two-toned Kitchen** *(in Before & After)*

One of the more popular trends in kitchen cabinets right now is mixing and matching colors with two-tone kitchen cabinets. 

Light cabinets on top, dark cabinets on the bottom is a very popular look. This helps create interest in the kitchen and creates a very polished look. The kitchen shown is a more subtle choice for contrast with vintage blue and antique white, but a darker wood, black or gray on the bottom is also a great look with a lighter tone on top. Typically, a darker color on the bottom is the best way to anchor the room if you are going to choose two colors.

**Q: Marble Tile in Master Bath** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Help!! I love the look of marble and it fits into our budget but I'm concerned this may not be a smart decision due to upkeep and durability. I'm mostly concerned about the shower walls and shower floor. Please advise!!

Shower floor= small herringbone 
Shower walls= large rectangle 
Bathroom floor= medium herringbone

**Q: Need advice-how to make this kitchen less sterile** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I am planning on changing the lights to west elm mobile chandlier in antique bronze and want to change the backsplash.  I like white subway tiles with gray grout, but am not sure that will warm up the room.  Any suggestions to improve this kitchen???
