They were 100 percent correct. We cannot say enough about our experience. First and foremost, the quality of their work is exceptional. Paul and Luke Powell are the epitome of professionalism and two of the nicest people you will meet. They guided us through the process making suggestions when we needed them - and we really needed them! They were incredibly patient with us and our concerns even when we added jobs along the way. They provided the highest quality sub contractors who were equally as professional and accommodating. Luke Powell re-arranged his personal schedule to have an initial meet with us when we began to obtain bids-that in itself, was impressive! His projection on completion time was on point, even through 3 blizzards! We could tell from the start & throughout the project that Powell was always conscientious of correcting any existing structural, safety, or aesthetic issues; I always felt comfortable trusting his recommendations. I traveled here 1/month to meet him & his product vendors, who were all of excellent quality & service. He always kept punctual meeting times, being keen to my time. All Powell staff were talented professional craftsmen, very polite & trustworthy, & leaving the job in clean condition. As we made some plan changes along the way, they were always willing to accommodate & listen to our input.
