After finding her service through an internet search, we spoke first by phone and then she responded promptly to my RFQ. Even before we closed on the home, Amy collaborated with our realtor to access the property, measure the rooms, and begin planning an attractive layout for the furniture photos I sent in advance of our arrival. She noted our closing date and met us at the house, immediately recognizing that we needed more area rugs to dampen sound. We went to a local furniture and flooring company who had a wide selection at reasonable prices, including a designer discount! Delivery could not happen the same day, so she pulled her own van up to the door to load the rugs so they would be in place for our move-in the next morning. Amy was then on-site the entire day and directed traffic in the house while our family unloaded the pods. Amy provided invaluable furniture recommendations, even aggregating online galleries for my consideration. After I sourced selections within my budget, she returned to consult or install. She is also a pro at hanging art, creating photos collages, and measuring and installing custom window shades. As a central Kentucky native, her recommendations for reliable service companies in the area gave us confidence as Nelson County newcomers.
