> From the start, Alex was very attuned to my vision.  Being a home renovation virgin, she knew what questions to ask and was tactful when I made a selection that didn't quite fit the design scheme.  Alex started off by getting to know my likes and dislikes and soon after was able to envision what I desired for my home.
