We’ve had to replace almost every part of the house. The roof was not installed correctly causing leaking around a window. Neighbors had the same issue. Lighting in bathrooms can’t be installed correctly because the box wasn’t affixed to anything behind the fixtures in the walls. There is no insulation between garage and rooms above and also in the outside wall. We have to use a space heater just to keep the room warm. There was no ductwork in cold air returns just a void in the wall collecting dust. The hood wasn’t attached to anything in the kitchen either and just vented back into the room. The windows have never worked properly. The piping failed below our shower sending water through kitchen ceiling. The driveway was cracking and sinking and needed replaced. The garage door failed and needed replaced. The list goes on and on. I would never again buy a Jerry’s home. **★ — HU-921503149, Dec. 2022** > I have now owned 2 Jerry’s Homes for a total of 15 years. Both house were build in the early 2000 and both have had the same issues. The drive way has been completely destroyed. The first house I replaced the drive way in less then 10 years. The current house has been mud jacked but has now just crumbled. I replaced the roofs on both house shortly after moving in due to water leaks and improper installation. There is no insulation in the garage walls and celling even below the bedrooms. So the floor and bedrooms are cold in the winter and warm in the summer. All closets that have an exterior wall are not insulated.
