> My wife and I were fortunate to have hired Registered Landscape Architect Studio Arth's Ms. Rituparna Simlai, who has a Master in Landscape Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. She prepared the necessary landscape design plans to aid in our acquisition of a permit for a major renovation of our home. It was necessary for her to work with the City of Miami's Environmental Resources Division, as well as with our arborist on and offsite and she resolved several issues regarding the protection of the waterfront estate's trees during the proposed renovation. Despite the sometimes stressful situation in dealing with a number of people involved in obtaining a permit, including an archaeologist, a surveyor and a permit expeditor, she was by far, the easiest of all to work with. She integrated trees with flowers, multi-level landscaping, vertical landscaping. Not only she brought us an extensive knowledge and amazing creativity, but she showed professionalism and dedication with an attention to details. We saw her monitoring the installation of every tree and plant put under her directions.
