She helped us transform our home. She listened to all of our crazy ideas and wants and created options that were better than we could have imagined. She was responsive to feedback and thorough. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions! **★★★★★ — HU-681805782, Dec. 2022** > Paloma listens to what you vision is of the project and makes recommendations. We are very happy with the results. **★★★★★ — bonita griffith, Aug. 2022** > I thoroughly appreciated Paloma's attention to detail, prompt response to every question, and support when it came to dealing with the contractor. She's professional and competent.. Now I'm ready enlist her expertise for the next remodel -- the guest bathroom, after helping me create a dazzling master bath. **Comment from Paloma Efron Design:** > Thank you for the terrific review! You've been a wonderful client to work with! **★★★★★ — Lena Bouscher, March 2022** > Paloma is a genius! She has these combined rare qualities of being creative, smart, and analytical, along with an eye for making your home special. She designed our dining room, kitchen island, guest bathroom, entryway, offices, living room, bedrooms, and a special hidden bistro room. The house feels cohesive and she was able to make our individual offices and bedrooms feel unique to us and our children. She can work with someone who wants to be very involved in the process (me!) or a client who would prefer to be more hands off (my husband). I was surprised with how Paloma was able to figure out our style, when we sometimes didn't know what we wanted, just from a few conversations and pins on Pinterest. We are so happy that we hired her, and didn't try to do any of this alone. She was able to design several built-in book cases (in the living room and my husband's office), and a gorgeous China cabinet in our dining room. These have given us so many options for storage and displaying pieces that we love. We highly recommend Paloma, she's a game changer. **Comment from Paloma Efron Design:** > Thank you, Lena! I'm so touched by your kind words and am happy you and your family are enjoying the house! It was certainly a collaborative effort, and thankfully you guys were game for almost anything. **★★★★★ — Bonnie Brantley, Nov. 2020** > We could not be happier with the transformation of our garage apartment from a what was decent little place to live in, to a lovely charming cheerful cottage that I would be delighted to stay in from the moment I stepped into the porch. Paloma designed architectural improvements to the interior space that improved the flow, the privacy of interior areas, and just looked so much nicer. She helped us make informed decisions about walls, windows, plumbing, wiring, and design with knowledge about code as well as what color white looks best with what color blue. Acting as our contractor as well, she supervised every step of the way and had recommendations for the electrician, builder, painters, plumbers, and even a gutter company that we decided to use for our house as well. Covid interrupted our plans for renting it out as a B&B and doing the final fun part of completing the decorating and furnishings but as soon as we can, we will call her in again to help us out in the finishing touches. We absolutely could not have done this without her! **Comment from Paloma Efron Design:** > Thanks, Bonnie! I know - I'm ready to finish it up, too! So many fun ideas we didn't get to complete. **★★★★★ — Lisa S, Nov. 2020** > I can't thank Paloma Efron Design enough for my beautiful new living room, kitchen and powder room. She is so creative, talented, flexible and a pleasure to work with. I felt like she really listened to and incorporated my goals and ideas while simultaneously improving on them, and coming up with new ways to use space and improve function. She helped pick a color palette, flooring, vanities, fixtures and new furniture and rugs -- all while taking into account my budget and working with my contractor. When the time comes and we can return to socializing, I look forward to sharing my one-of-a-kind, beautiful home with my friends and family. I strongly recommend Paloma. **Comment from Paloma Efron Design:** > Thanks, Lisa! I'm so happy you and the kids are enjoying the new spaces! ## Selected projects - [Neutral-ish](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/neutral-ish-pj-vj~7540585) - Location: Austin, TX - Photos: 7 - [Kitchens](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/kitchens-pj-vj~7372343) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 6 - [Ave B](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/ave-b-pj-vj~7234247) - Location: Austin, TX - Photos: 6 - [Hyde Park House](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/hyde-park-house-pj-vj~6312264) - Location: Austin, TX - Photos: 7 - [Ave B](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/ave-b-pj-vj~7075709) - Location: Austin, TX - Photos: 10 - Description: Bathroom remodel done by interior designer Paloma Efron - [Blue Lake Cove - Austin TX](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/blue-lake-cove-austin-tx-pj-vj~7050545) - Location: Lakeway, TX - Photos: 10 - Description: Photography shoot for interior designer Paloma Efron - [Lakeway Bathroom](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/lakeway-bathroom-pj-vj~6992918) - Location: The Hills, TX - Photos: 5 - [New Braunfels Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/new-braunfels-home-pj-vj~6816551) - Location: New Braunfels, TX - Photos: 10 - [Downtown Office](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/downtown-office-pj-vj~6506291) - Location: Austin, TX - Photos: 7 [See all 9 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/interior-designers-and-decorators/paloma-efron-design-pfvwus-pf~507036596) --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
