> Kevin is extremely professional, hardworking and his work is impeccable. I hired him to do a kitchen renovation for me and am extremely happy with the results. The cabinet doors were kept but repainted, a hanging top cabinet was removed and replaced with a tall farmer’s pantry and rolling kitchen cart/island. New granite countertops were put in along with a tile backsplash, a new deep sink and faucet as well as new lighting to replace 80’s track lighting (and colorful undercabinet light strips too). The kitchen had not been renovated since the 80’s.
> Everything was kept on schedule and finished in a very quick 3 weeks for a total kitchen remodel. Kevin’s communication with me throughout the project was mostly by text and was very much appreciated.
> Kevin took the time to explain each phase in detail, as well as any additional costs. His work is top notch due to his perfectionism and he goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are extremely satisfied.
> In fact, he went above and beyond doing extra little service which I really appreciated. For example, he was extremely professional in that he would lay down a drop cloth to cover my floors each day, and when he worked in the garage he took the extra step to sweep all of the leaves out for me. He also added a brace to my leaning garage shelves which are made of plywood to shore them up- he knew it needed to be done because it was one of the things I mentioned wanting done in the future but was a Phase II project.
> Another thing I really recommend Kevin for is his consulting skills. During each phase he would brainstorm with me and make recommendations about what would look good and then we would discuss the budget. He has a great eye and many times I went with his recommendations. I love my new kitchen and highly recommend Kevin for any contracting job. In fact, I plan on discussing my next project with him soon- a bathroom reno!
