Tyler holds a Red Seal Certificate of Qualification in Carpentry, a Bachelor of Construction Management from BCIT, and a graduate degree from UBC — and managed large-scale commercial and residential development projects across Vancouver before co-founding Roka. Gord brings 34 years of hands-on construction experience across custom home building and renovation on the North Shore and West Vancouver, and holds his own Red Seal Certificate of Qualification in Carpentry. At Roka, Gord is on site on every project — the person who knows whether something can actually be built the way it's drawn.
Every project is executed by certified trades, backed by full insurance, and supported by a client portal that gives homeowners daily site reports, photos, budget updates, and schedule tracking in real time.
