After a few days, he presented a plan for the project, and provided renderings of what the finished product should look like and a detailed quote. > The project took three days to complete and included electrical work (adding an exterior outlet and control panel, and burying cables), repair of existing features, and haul-away of old plants (including several years' growth of creeping jasmine which we found literally impossible to remove ourselves). > We found the cost of this service to be appropriate for the work involved. > There were some elements of the plan that ended up not being necessary - Francisco thought we might need to set up a drop line to our irrigation system, but once we were at the point where that work was to be performed, he reviewed the coverage of our irrigation system and found that it was providing more than enough water to all areas.
