Our house has been transformed and we were encouraged to take part in the process and ask about any questions or concerns along the way. The team finished on time and on budget! It’s hard to fully express our gratitude for a job well done. In terms of working with Scherr - what we liked: input from the design team on designing the kitchen; flexibility when we added a few things - like subfloor on the entire first floor; the subs were all fabulous; their patience with our very anxious dog; the overall end product. Things that could have been improved: when we started the process we said we really wanted them to take the lead in all things and as we went on found that we were left on our own for several items where we had hoped for more input/lead from them; communication was not always ideal with our project manager and some of our concerns in terms of timing of a few things were not addressed and they had to come back later to address. Overall very happy with Scherr and, as I said, thrilled with the end product.
